Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Male Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care by assessing patients’ health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. This role requires a commitment to patient health and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather information about patients’ medical histories and symptoms
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patients’ physical conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care and observations.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Dispenser
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Nurse in a hospital or relevant medical setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing operations and legal regulations in the healthcare field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Working Conditions:
Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
